How long do sessions take and how many people can you photograph?
For teams of up to 20 people, sessions are typically scheduled in 15 minute time slots per person, which includes time to select a favorite image during the session.
For larger groups, we streamline the schedule to approximately 3 to 5 minutes per person, with image selection handled afterward to keep the day running efficiently.
Depending on the format, I can photograph up to 150 professionals in a single day.

How do you keep headshots consistent across the entire team?
We work with you to align lighting, backgrounds, and overall style with your website and brand. This ensures every team member is photographed with the same professional look, even when new hires are added later.
What does scheduling look like for a team?
Once your date is confirmed, we provide a scheduling link that allows team members to book their own time slots. We keep you updated on scheduling progress so you always know who is confirmed and how many spots remain.
How does your mobile headshot studio work for teams?
If you prefer not to disrupt your office space, the mobile studio can be parked just outside your building. It functions as a complete professional studio on wheels, allowing your team to step out for their session and return immediately without taking over conference rooms or common areas.
We can also set up a fully equipped, controlled studio environment inside your office if space allows. In both cases, lighting, backgrounds, and retouching are standardized to maintain brand consistency across your team.
When will we receive the final images?
Final retouched, high resolution headshots are typically delivered within 7 – 10 business days. Images are ready for your website, marketing materials, and LinkedIn.
Can you return for new hires or future updates?
Yes. Many of our clients work with us on an ongoing basis to photograph new hires, refresh leadership images, and maintain consistency as their teams grow.
